We will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will review our home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would, gathering those all-important “first impressions.” If time allows, then we visually give you a quick demonstration of the difference home staging makes by transforming a room of your home. We will end with a customized staging action plan identifying work needed to gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.
Hands on Help
Ideal for someone with limited time or expertise to market his or her home to the buying audience. The client can choose to be involved with, or removed from the staging process. De-personalizing, clearly defining the function of a room, rearranging furniture, strategically choosing and placing decorative accessories are a small part of what Spencer Staging and ReDesign offers today’s savvy home seller. Staging time is determined by individual needs and budget available to transform a home to appeal to today’s buyer.
Vacant Home Staging - Furnished Staging
Vacant homes are at a distinct disadvantage to homes that are furnished. An empty room looks smaller and offers no frame of reference to how furniture can be placed or what will fit in a room. Empty rooms also lack meaning and purpose and do not show the potential buyers how to use a space. A vacant house is also more highly criticized for any cosmetic flaws and lack of architectural detail than houses that are furnished. Adding furniture to some key areas of a vacant house will tell the potential buyers what the space is used for and allow them to imagine placing their own furniture in the space. Spencer Staging and Redesign will select the furniture that best fits each space and budget for your house. Decorative accessories, plants, artwork, throws, bedding and pillows will be brought in to complete the look.
Vacant Home Staging - Vignette Staging
Some budgets do not allow for bringing in furniture. Vignette staging helps warm the cold spaces like kitchens, entry areas, bathrooms, fireplaces and built-ins by bringing in decorative accessories. This cost effective approach can create the Wow Factor that draws attention to rooms most important on a home buyer’s list.
Shopping Service
We’ll create a budget and personally shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple, inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the appearance of a room. We know where to go and even get Designer Discounts off of what we purchase for you.
